Changing your life is as easy as making the decision!

Decisions are easy when you follow your heart! No anxiety, no headaches - just know what is right, and do it!

“It’s all very well for you to say that,” I hear you scoff! “I don’t know what decision to make. I don’t even know what the options are to decide between. I’m not even sure what my heart has to do with it …”

Ok.

So you may need to go back a step or two to find out what you believe, what’s not aligning right now in your life, and what is actually available to you.

• Maybe you’ve never looked closely at these things?

• Maybe you’ve always taken what’s been meted out to you, without question?

So your decision-making muscles definitely need priming!

Baby Steps

How about starting with something simple?

Where you live.

Is this the perfect place for you?

(If yes, then do this little exercise with something else that is not perfect in your life.)

❓Do you sometimes wish you lived somewhere else?

❓Do you often wish you lived somewhere else?

❓Do you envy those who live somewhere else?

So what is it about your current home that is not measuring up?

❓Size?

❓Location?

❓Amenities?

How important is each of these to you?

Can you imagine what it would be like if your home had the size, location and amenities you’d love? Do you get a lifting feeling in your body? Do you feel lighter, happier?

This is your values sliding into place! You are aligning with what is important to you!

That’s a very quick visit to how you can begin to know what it is you want, and what you need to change.

Now you know that, you have a decision you can make. Will I stay or move?

And if you experienced that surge of joy when you thought of your future perfect home, then yes! You need to get the ball rolling.

A different dilemma

Did you work this exercise with a different issue? And did you achieve that same feeling of joy and longing?

There’s your value!

You see, once you have your values established, your decision becomes so easy!
