The Road map!

Last week I was talking to you about changing your perception - from overwhelm to “can-do!”

“What the mind can conceive and believe, you can achieve”

- Norman Vincent Peale.

But just before you fly gung-ho into your project, let me tell you - you do need a map! You need to know what to do when you need to lessen your load of 10 million things on your to-do list and narrow it down to the few - very few - things that will move you forward to your dream!

I can tell you that this is why I love working as a Transition Coach - watching people move into their new life with far greater ease than they had thought possible.

So are you one of those folk? Who has a to-do list a mile long?

Are you looking right now at a list with YARDS of to-do’s?

If that’s you, you’ll be familiar with the sinking feeling you get whenever you look at it! You’ll know what this scrappy bit of paper looks like and you HATE it!

It just seems to grow and grow and get messier and messier and never, never does very much get ticked off.

How would you like it if you could work through your to-do list every day? And tick everything off it every day?

Wouldn’t that feel great? Wouldn’t you have a great sense of achievement? And know that now you really are moving forward to what you really want in your life?

Well, lean in, and listen! I’m going to show you how to do it!

You see, I do an awful lot. I get things done every day, and I don’t allow myself to get caught up in unnecessary detail, make excuses and skip things.

Yes - it took a lot of self-discipline and determination and a strong desire to do what I wanted and not dance to anyone else’s tune!

But here’s a secret for you to implement - straight away:

Throw out your to-do list. 😱

Yep. Chuck it in the bin. 😁

You know what things you have to do, so get rid of this nagging reminder - this list that reproaches you whenever you look at it, and tells you that you are a no-hoper! Instead, think of what you can actually achieve tomorrow.

Think of THREE THINGS you can do - three things that need to be done and that you know you can do in the time.

Then do them.

When you’ve done them you can tick off those three things on your little mini list, admire it for a moment - feel good about it - then screw it up and throw it in the bin!

👉 Suddenly you are an achiever!

👉 Suddenly your plate is clear!

👉 Suddenly you know what you’re doing!

No more overwhelm, No more feeling swamped. You wrestled this beast to the ground and came out triumphant!

Is this something you’re going to do?

And if not, whyever not?? I’d like to hear from you about how it goes! I want you to tell me about the feeling of lightness you get when you tick off EVERYTHING on your mini-list.

“Yes,” you say, “I see this will stop the overwhelm but I still don’t know what steps to take!”

I get it

People like us, people with great intentions, often need a bit of a push to get started. We can get so tangled up in our thoughts - so concerned that we’ll never be able to do it all - that we are in danger of doing nothing at all!

Think how helpful it would to have someone holding your hand, Someone who knows the steps you need to take and - so importantly! Which order to take them in!

So you start with A and work your way through B, and C … without skipping about and getting distracted by M or Q! This is how students in my Brilliant Family Dog Trainer Business Program are actually able to open their dog schools - previously just a dream - in eight weeks!

EIGHT WEEKS!

Would you like that? Talk to me and let’s see how possible this is for you.
