Do you think big? Or do you think small?

You see, either way, it’s a habit.

And what can you do with habits?

Break them!

Your brain should be your servant. But sometimes it’s your master. You think of something you’d like, and your lizard brain jumps in and says, “Danger! Get back in the cave!”

Your life-survival mechanism kicks in. It doesn’t like you stepping outside your box and taking risks.

But supposing instead you said, “Thanks, but I’m going for this!”?

And supposing you said that every time that little know-all voice tells you no?

You can change a habit simply by adopting a new one.

New habits for old!

Thinking small is a habit you may have been deceived into thinking is the safe path, the right way to go.

And yes, you probably won’t go very wrong if you stick to what you know.

But supposing you start to think big instead?

  • What new and exciting things will you discover?

  • What new doors will open for you?

  • What dizzy heights can you climb to?

Claim your birthright as a free person by making your own decisions without being held back by doubts and nameless fears!

And if you’d like some help battling those old habits, give me a shout and we can have a no-strings chat to get you started!
